Automatic sorting conveyor

The automatic sorting conveyor refers to a special conveying device set up to complete the sorting and conveying of products. An automatic sorting system generally consists of an automatic control and computer management system, an automatic identification device, a sorting mechanism, a main conveying device, pre-processing equipment, and sorting outlets. The automatic control and computer management system serves as the control and command center of the entire automatic sorting process. All actions of each part of the sorting system are determined by the control system. Its function is to identify, receive, and process sorting signals, and according to the sorting signals, instruct the sorting mechanism to automatically classify products according to certain rules (such as variety, location, etc.), thus determining the flow direction of the products. The sources of sorting signals can be obtained through methods such as bar code (or QR code) scanning, keyboard input, quality inspection, voice recognition, height detection, and shape recognition. After being processed, the information is converted into corresponding picking lists, warehousing lists, or electronic picking signals for automatic sorting operations.
