Case Type: Beam-type Racking (Shandong ** New Energy Co., Ltd.) Project Location: Jinan City, Shandong Province Delivery Date: November 6th, 2016 Project Introduction: This project is located in Jinan City, Shandong Province and was delivered to the customer for use on November 6th, 2016. All the racks in this project are beam-type racks. The size of a single set of racks is 2700mm (length) × 1000mm (width) × 5400mm (height). Steel pallets with the size of 1200mm × 1100mm × 125mm are used as supporting components. The specifications of the upright columns are: 90mm × 70mm × 2.0mm. The specifications of the cross beams are: 120mm × 50mm × 1.5mm. The load-bearing capacity of each layer is 2000 kilograms. Supplementary Explanation: In the design of the racks, both sides are against the wall, and two rows of racks in the middle are installed back to back. Connecting rods with the specifications of 50mm × 30mm × 1.5mm are used for connection, which can increase the stability of the racks during use.
