Beam - type rack

The beam-type rack, also known as the pallet rack, adopts a plug-in combined prefabricated structure, an optimized cross-section design, and high-quality steel. The connection between the beam and the column is a plug-in type, and it is equipped with a safety pin to ensure the safety of the connection between the beam and the column during the operation of the forklift. It is convenient and flexible for storage, and handling and access equipment such as forward-moving battery forklifts, ordinary forklifts, and stackers can be configured. This rack is composed of load-bearing column pieces and beams. The connection between the beam and the column piece is a hanging type, and a safety pin is provided, which can be adjusted at a pitch of 50 or 75 millimeters. The column piece is connected to the ground with expansion bolts. The bottom layer of the rack is placed on the ground, and generally, 2-3 pallets are placed on each layer. The length of the beam and the depth of the column piece are determined by the size of the pallet. This rack can be flexibly equipped with some safety or convenience components as needed, such as pallet barriers, limit beams, wire meshes, anti-collision guardrails, anti-collision feet, and connecting rods. The rack distribution is generally divided into standard aisle type, narrow aisle type, and double-depth storage location type, and different forklifts are used accordingly. If there are more aisles arranged, the utilization rate of the warehouse will be reduced, while the narrow aisle type and double-depth storage location layout can better avoid this shortcoming. The beam-type rack has become the preferred rack type for logistics enterprises and others due to its unique storage location management ability and convenient picking function.
